Please Note:

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the brief.

Additional revisions or major changes to approved concepts will be billed separately.

File Delivery

Final files will be delivered in the formats specified in the brief (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG, MP4, or design source files if included in the agreement).

Source files (e.g., PSD, AI, XD, Figma) are only provided if included in the project package or purchased separately.

Payment Term

Work on the project begins after receipt of the initial deposit/payment.

Final deliverables are released once the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Additional services, revisions, or urgent requests may incur extra charges.

Communication & Approvals

Clear and timely feedback is essential for meeting project deadlines.

Approval at each project stage (concepts, drafts, revisions, final design) is required before moving forward.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is responsible for all completed work up to that point.
